Working alongside the marketing team and Verizon’s B2B CX content designer, I created several email designs aiming to increase customer conversion for Business Solutions. Converting potential customers by sending abandoned cart reminders that contained information such as a sales contact person, discount codes, and final reminders increased sales opportunities significantly.
Reminder emails
• Subject: “Your Quote is Ready!”• Highlight the items left in the cart, provide a direct link back to the cart, and include customer support contact information.
